I've not received a tracking number for my order?

Did you check your SPAM folder? You'll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched - this is generally within 2 business days of placing your order. If it's not in your SPAM and it's been longer than 2-days then drop us a line, we'd be happy to help.

I gave the wrong address, what do I do?

Whoops! Fear not - please send us an email and if your order hasn't yet been dispatched then we can change this for you. Unfortunately if it has, well, we're out of luck. Generally it will be sent to your local PO for collection or it will be returned to our warehouse upon which we will send a replacement to the correct address.

When can I expect my order?

Patience is a virtue. We use AusPost for all of our domestic parcels. AusPost takes 3-5 business days for standard post and 2-3 business days if you've purchased express. For international postage please allow between 8-12 business days as your items have to go through customs.

I received the wrong items

Our bad! Shoot us an email with a photo or your received item and order confirmation and we'll replace it with the right product ASAP!

I've made a mistake and need to cancel my order

Frankly, we think that you're making a bigger mistake by cancelling your order. None the less, we're happy to help. If your order has already been dispatched then we do require you to post it back to our warehouse unopened and in its original packaging. If your order hasn't been dispatched then we will issue a refund effective immediately.

How do Joe Gusto cups compare to other reusable coffee cups?

We think well, really well. Our cups are designed so that you can enjoy the coffee you drink, anywhere. We might not be leak-proof but that's a small compromise to ensure that we're not drinking coffee that doesn't taste like coffee.

What's different about Joe Gusto that makes the coffee taste better?

At Joe Gusto we think that life's too short to drink coffee that taste's like 🤬. that's why our coffee cups are designed to replicate the café drinking experience by adopting a unique design that maximises the flavour of the coffee inside. There are 3 major reasons why the taste of coffee is affected by reusable and takeaway coffee cups. They are:
1. Plastic leaches - cups like KeepCup and Frank Green have plastic lids. Plastic when in contact with hot liquids leaches. Leaching it the transfer of chemicals from the plastic to your coffee affecting its taste and aroma. With Joe Gusto, plastic never touches your coffee, we use silicone - silicone doesn't leach! 
2. Touch of your lips - Your lips have a surprisingly large part to play on how you perceive the flavour of the coffee you're drinking. Due to the unique design of Joe Gusto lids, your lips only ever make contact with glass or ceramic (never plastic) - it's just like drinking a coffee in a café.
3. Flow and aeration - Who wants to have to sip and suck coffee through a tiny hole? No one. Firstly, a tiny hole doesn't allow the coffee to oxidate, which opens up the full flavour and aroma and it's simply annoying. Our lids, provide a natural flow like a regular mug or glass and due to their larger opening allow for oxidation and aroma to be appreciated.

How does the Joe Gusto lid work?

It's actually really simple...push down in the centre of the lid and the tab will lift, once lifted pull up and the lid will pop out. When putting the lid back in, press with even pressure on both sides and it will pop back in.

Are Joe Gusto coffee cups BPA-free?

Indeed they are!

Why aren't the Joe Gusto coffee cups leak-proof?

A small compromise we made to ensure that the coffee you drink tastes as it should.

Are Joe Gusto coffee cups dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. A small recommendation - place the lid on the top-shelf.

Can Joe Gusto coffee cups be placed in the microwave?

They sure can, however, we suggest taking the lid off and only putting the cup in the microwave.

Are Joe Gusto coffee cups easy to clean?

In our opinion they're the easiest to clean reusable coffee cups on the market. A very simple geometry means no corners, intricate moving parts or places for old coffee or milk to get stuck!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by your delivery location. We offer free standard post for all orders over $50.00 AUD within Australia.

Orders for this store are shipped from Australia. As customs policies vary from country to country, orders may be subject to charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not part of the shipping fee.

I need to exchange my order

What's wrong? Received the wrong items? Wrong size? Wrong colour? Fear not, we're her to help. Please drop us an email via the contact page with your order information and exchange request. One of our friendly staff will reach out with more details on how to proceed.

I'd like a refund

Are you sure? We're sorry if you're not entirely satisfied with your order and will offer a refund if your request is made within 14-days of your online purchase and it meets the conditions outlined below.

Replacements will be issued if:
- You've ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it for another
- The items received have experienced manufacturing defects and you'd like a new product
- You've provided the wrong address and your initial order has been received by our warehouse
- Refunds will be issued if:
- Items received are subject to manufacturing defects

Items will not be replaced or refunded if:
- Damage to the product is experienced by you the user.
